Refund & Cancellation Policy – Salon Shastra Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

General Principles

  • All services are planned, scheduled, and executed based on client inputs and operational availability.

  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control such as internal salon issues, staff behavior, lack of product/tools, or refusal to implement our recommendations.

Talent Placement Services

  • ₹1000 registration fee is non-refundable, even if the salon decides not to proceed or hires from another source.

  • The ₹5500 post-joining fee is non-refundable once the candidate has joined, unless Salon Shastra fails to deliver onboarding as agreed.

Business Consulting Services

  • The ₹5000 consultation fee is non-refundable once the business audit or strategy session has taken place.

  • If a consultation is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the session can be rescheduled once within the next 30 days. No refunds apply.

In-Salon Training Services

  • Once a training date is confirmed, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session and no refund will be issued.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, emergencies), we may offer one free reschedule at our discretion.

Digital Services (if applicable)

  • For services like curriculum creation, branding, or ERP support:

    • Work once delivered or initiated is non-refundable.

    • Advance payments for scheduled work are valid for 30 days from the date of invoice; delays beyond that will require rebooking with fresh payment.

Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@salonshastra.com with proof of payment and clear justification.

  • Valid refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Modifications to This Policy

Salon Shastra reserves the right to revise this policy at any time in line with service evolution or regulatory updates. The latest version will always be published on our official website.
