Scope of Services
Salon Shastra offers:
- Talent Solutions (staff placement)
- Business Consulting
- In-Salon Training
- Curriculum Development & Education Services
- Digital Strategy & Branding Guidance
All services are advisory or facilitative in nature. We do not operate as an employer, legal recruiter, or financial advisor.
Service Fees
- All fees are communicated upfront and must be paid in full as per the invoice terms.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless specifically stated under a signed agreement.
- Travel and logistics for trainers or consultants outside Hyderabad are chargeable as communicated during booking.
Talent Solution Disclaimer
- Salon Shastra acts only as a facilitator in staff hiring.
- We do not guarantee long-term employment, performance, or retention of candidates.
- Background checks and verifications are conducted based on information and documents provided by the candidates.
Consulting & Training Limitations
- Business outcomes from consulting services depend on the salon’s implementation of the provided roadmap.
- In-salon training sessions are influenced by staff cooperation, infrastructure, and tool availability. Delays due to external factors (traffic, venue setup) may occur.
- Salon Shastra is not responsible for any damage, disruption, or internal disputes at the salon during training delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information.
- Ensure prompt communication and confirmation for booked services.
- Treat our trainers, coordinators, and consultants with professional respect.
Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, training content, and strategy documents shared are the intellectual property of Salon Shastra and may not be reused, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
Service Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or a rebooking fee.
Limitation of Liability
Salon Shastra shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss of revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the use or misuse of our services.
- Service failures caused by third parties, natural disruptions, or force majeure events.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
