- Misuse or incorrect power supply
- Unauthorised repair
- Consumables and normal wear and tear, where applicable
Exclusions are never used to reject a genuine manufacturing defect without inspection and a recorded reason.
How to make a claim
Contact our support team with your order or invoice number, the product's serial number, and a description of the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps — inspection, repair, replacement or closure.
A dedicated online warranty registration and claim-tracking form is planned for a future release. For now, claims are handled directly by our support team.
